Consider yourself a bit of a Mary Poppins? Well My Minder has a supercalifragilistic opportunity for you! The Brisbane based company is after an Australian nanny to head over to the big apple to care for the two children of a British family living in Manhattan.
The catch is – there is no catch! All travel, visa and living expenses are paid for by the family and additional renumeration will be offered to the successful candidate. But that’s not all – the position would be Monday to Friday, providing the successful applicant weekends to explore the magic of Manhattan.
The busy family are global executives, who have recently been transferred to New York. The family are after someone who is patient and loving, yet punctual and flexible. A nanny with a sense of humour but also a sense of responsibility, paired with natural intuition and the ability to plan ahead. The winning candidate needs to be proactive, have a genuine ability to relate to children and to collaborate with parents along with an understanding of the importance of child development and most importantly, a sense of adventure. All of the qualities of a stand-out Nanny!

This huge opportunity is courtesy of My Minder, a local Brisbane company run by Brianna Bright. Bright works to connect families with nannies, au pairs and provide support for women suffering with post-natal depression.
